CM DEPARTMENT
CM stands for Class Management. The CM staff is in charge of assigning and managing classes. They also conduct a monthly customer survey to make sure that the company is well-informed of the true expectations, needs, and demands of the customers.
IT DEPARTMENT
Members of the IT Department ensure the smooth flow of operations through the support and maintenance of the company’s IT resources and Information Systems. At the same time they ensure the optimal performance of IT infrastructures and technical equipment. The IT Department also coordinates network and system problems, as well as system malfunctions with the head office and the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
