The Human Resources Department is in charge of recruitment, safety, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Finance, on the other hand, is in charge of managing the expenditures and obligations (including operating expenses), revenues, assets and capital project expenditures of the company.
