Teacher Management (TM) is the biggest department of Douzone E&H in Philippines. It is the most dynamic part of the company. This department is the powerhouse of quality online English teaching. Through the support of all the departments, the teachers are ensured to have relevant training and are well informed of customer requirements and operational processes. This is to guarantee that competent service is always delivered. This department is strengthened by the skillful leadership of Supervisors and Team Leaders who themselves assess, investigate and implement systems and programs that contribute to the company’s continuous development.
