QAPD stands for Quality Assurance and People Development. The Duzon Teaching Center believes that quality control is very important to make Inglish a credible brand. This department is in charge of monitoring classes to make sure the standards set by the company are met and continuously improved. This department also provides training and development programs to ensure employee development and empowerment. It is also involved in holding activities that promote employee engagement.
